As a beneficiary of the Fund, you are required to inform the Benefits Service of any change in your situation as soon as it occurs. Please note that, in accordance with the CERN Anti-fraud Policy, the Pension Fund applies a zero-tolerance approach to fraud.
- Change of address
- Please complete and sign the "Change of home address" form and return it to the Fund’s Benefits Service, or provide a signed letter stating your new address.
- Change of bank account details (deferred retirement pension excluded)
- Please complete the "Change of bank account details" form and return the original, signed in ink, to the Fund’s Benefits Service, or provide a signed letter stating the new account details.
- Change of marital status
- Please send a copy of the official document (marriage certificate, legally registered partnership certificate, divorce judgement, separation judgement, death certificate, etc.) to the Fund’s Benefits Service.
- Change of educational situation
- For dependent children aged between 20 and 25 years old who cease or resume studies, please complete and sign the “Declaration of situation of dependent child” form and return it to the Fund’s Benefits Service.
- For beneficiaries of an orphan's pension, aged between 20 and 25 years old who cease or resume studies, please complete and sign the “Declaration of situation” form and return it to the Fund’s Benefits Service.
