Annual Communication
As a beneficiary of the Fund, you will receive the following official communication during the year:
| JANUARY | A “Monthly breakdown” valid for the current year. |
| FEBRUARY | A “Statement of declaration of your income”. Any questions concerning your tax declaration should be directed to the tax office in your country of residence. |
| JUNE | – If you have dependent children aged between 20 and 25 years old, you will receive a“declaration of intent” form concerning their personal situation. – As a beneficiary of an orphan’s pension, ifyou are between 20 and 25 years old, you will receive a “declaration of intent” form concerning your personal situation. |
| NOVEMBER | A“life certificate”, which should be returned. For more information, please refer to the Life Certificate page |
| DECEMBER | An“Annual adjustment of your benefits on 1 January” communication. |
Annual Information Meetings (AIM)
Open to all members and beneficiaries, the CEO and the Chair of the PFGB provide an annual update
on the Pension Fund and are available to answer any questions.
The AIMs will take place on the following dates in 2026:
Tuesday 30 June 2026 at CERN
from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Coffee /tea will be served prior to the meeting as of 2:00 p.m.
in the Council Chamber (503-1-001)
and by webcast
Wednesday 18 November 2026 at ESO
